Employee  Reviews

“I started my career as a Speech Pathologist with Little Sparrows Therapy as a fresh graduate, and I have never once looked back on my decision. The company strives to provide exceptional Speech Therapy services to a diverse caseload of clients, which gave me wonderful learning opportunities to expand my skill set as a clinician. I have been provided with consistent one-to-one clinical supervision with an experienced Senior Speech Pathologist and Professional Development opportunities to enhance my learning and clinical skills.

The work environment is friendly and supportive, and the team works cohesively as we often share and discuss ideas with each other. The clinicians have a weekly meeting together to share new knowledge and ideas on assessments/therapy and discuss complex cases. The company is also motivated to expand their off-site services to the wider community through collaboration with the community and various other organisations, which makes this job even more rewarding than what it already is.

We all thoroughly enjoy the work that we do, but also do enjoy taking our minds off the workday during our 1-hour lunch breaks (which almost always involves coffee, pastries, and having a few laughs). We sometimes play a round of UNO prior to our weekly staff meetings, which makes things more enjoyable!

The clinic has a ton of resources (both physical and digital) and a range of paediatric and adult assessments, which means we don't have to worry about sourcing our own therapy activities or assessments. Each therapist has their own air-conditioned clinic”
