About the Role
As a Speech Language Pathologist at Little Sparrows Therapy, you’ll manage a varied paediatric caseload across clinic, school, and community settings, supported by an experienced multidisciplinary team (Speech, OT, and Physio). You’ll have the freedom to shape your clinical interests, whether in AAC, literacy, speech sound disorders, or early language. All while growing your skills through collaborative practice and 1-on-1 professional mentoring from a senior speech pathologist. This role suits a Speech Pathologist who is looking to join a close-knit team that values collaboration and lifelong learning.
In this role, you will:
Deliver assessment and therapy for children with speech, language, and communication needs
Build strong relationships with families and educators to support meaningful outcomes
Collaborate with occupational therapists, physiotherapists, and support staff to deliver holistic care
Contribute to team case reviews, clinical projects, and continuous improvement initiatives
Manage your own schedule with flexibility and strong administrative support

Qualifications & Experience
Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Speech Pathology
Eligibility for or current practising membership with Speech Pathology Australia
Good clinical reasoning, time-management, and communication skills
Ability to work independently and collaboratively within a team
Driver’s licence & reliable car for school or community visits
Working with Children’s Blue Card & NDIS Worker Screening Check (or ability to obtain)
