About the Role


As an Occupational Therapist at Little Sparrows Therapy, you’ll manage a diverse paediatric caseload across clinic, home, school, and community settings, supported by an experienced multidisciplinary team (OT, Speech, and Physio).


You’ll have the freedom to shape your clinical interests — whether that’s sensory regulation, handwriting, fine motor development, or daily living skills. All while growing your skills through collaborative practice and 1-on-1 professional mentoring from a senior occupational therapist. This role suits an Occupational Therapist who is looking to join a close-knit team that values collaboration and lifelong learning.


In this role, you will:

  • Deliver assessment and therapy for children with sensory, fine motor, and self-care challenges

  • Work collaboratively with families, educators, and allied health professionals to create meaningful outcomes

  • Contribute to team case reviews, clinical projects, and continuous improvement initiatives

  • Manage your own schedule with flexibility and strong administrative support

  • Participate in professional development to grow your expertise and confidence

Qualifications & Experience


  • Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Occupational Therapy or equivalent

  • Current registration with AHPRA

  • Strong clinical reasoning, communication, and organisational skills

  • Confidence working both independently and as part of a multidisciplinary team

  • Driver’s licence & reliable car for school or community visits

  • Working with Children’s Blue Card & NDIS Worker Screening Check
