$90,000 - $115,000 + super + $5000 signing bonus + PD allowance

About the Role
As an Occupational Therapist at Little Sparrows Therapy, you’ll manage a diverse paediatric caseload across clinic, home, school, and community settings, supported by an experienced multidisciplinary team (OT, Speech, and Physio).
You’ll have the freedom to shape your clinical interests — whether that’s sensory regulation, handwriting, fine motor development, or daily living skills. All while growing your skills through collaborative practice and 1-on-1 professional mentoring from a senior occupational therapist. This role suits an Occupational Therapist who is looking to join a close-knit team that values collaboration and lifelong learning.
In this role, you will:
Deliver assessment and therapy for children with sensory, fine motor, and self-care challenges
Work collaboratively with families, educators, and allied health professionals to create meaningful outcomes
Contribute to team case reviews, clinical projects, and continuous improvement initiatives
Manage your own schedule with flexibility and strong administrative support
Participate in professional development to grow your expertise and confidence

Qualifications & Experience
Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Occupational Therapy or equivalent
Current registration with AHPRA
Strong clinical reasoning, communication, and organisational skills
Confidence working both independently and as part of a multidisciplinary team
Driver’s licence & reliable car for school or community visits
Working with Children’s Blue Card & NDIS Worker Screening Check
