About the Role
As a New Graduate Speech Pathologist at Little Sparrows Therapy, you’ll provide intervention for various speech, language, and communication disorders under the guidance of experienced clinicians, working as part of our multidisciplinary team (Speech, OT, and Physio). Your caseload will build gradually across a range of paediatric settings, with dedicated mentoring, in-house training, and opportunities to grow your specialist interests along the way (e.g. AAC, Literacy, Social Skills, Swallowing).

Qualifications & Experience
Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Speech Pathology (recent or soon-to-graduate)
Eligibility for or current practising membership with Speech Pathology Australia
Great communication, organisational, and teamwork skills
Ability to learn independently and seek guidance when needed
Driver’s licence & and access to a car for school visits
Working with Children’s Blue Card & NDIS Worker Screening check
Clinical placements or volunteer experience in paediatrics (preferred but not required)
